Warranty Systems and Policy

  • Hardware warranty at agent.
  • The original invoice must be brought to benefit from the warranty, to ensure the serial number of the product and that the warranty period is still valid.

General warranty provisions :

  • The repair time is (14) days, as a maximum, for defects covered by the warranty.
  • The warranty covers free repair or replacement of spare parts in the event of a manufacturing defect, and the warranty does not mean replacing the product or returning its value, and faults resulting from misuse are excluded from the warranty service.
